Picking up long lengths of welded linepipe is an arduous job that can not be achieved without the help of RHINOVEYORS Pipe Rolling and Lowering Cradles. 

Our roller cradles are used in LINE  PIPE installation and handling  operations. The use of Rhinoveyors Polyurethane rollers avoids the risk of damage to the pipe that can be caused during the regular use of metal wheel cradles. RHINOVEYORS CRADLES are available for pipes ranging from 12″ to 68″ and a lift capacity ranging from 25 tons to 48 tons

RHINOVEYORS CRADLE ROLLERS are heavy duty rollers manufactured from 80-90 Shore A Polyurethane and fitted  with weather proof ball taper roller bearings. The elastic covering on wheels is subjected to extreme stresses and must have very high mechanical and dynamic properties indeed. The excellent dynamic load-bearing ability and superior property profile mean that the wheel coverings of the Our Roller Cradles offer outstanding performance.

Each of our PU Rollers is seperated by a high tensile spring which expands or contracts proportionately to the force exerted by the stationary or rolling pipe thereby allowing the PU Rollers to closely surround the pipe circumference and enable a smooth and drag free movement. The Taper Roller Bearings aid in a frictionless slippage of pipe through the Cradle.
